An as-built package is a different job from the tour: we scan with the instrument the project calls for, usually NavVis mobile mapping on large buildings, export an E57 point cloud, then our in-house engineering team builds the drawings and models from it to your standards, interior, exterior, or custom to what your team needs.
Data Capture for Florida Condo Milestone Inspections
Florida requires condominium buildings three stories or taller to have milestone inspections and structural integrity reserve studies performed by a licensed engineer or architect. We support that specialist with the initial LiDAR data capture. The licensed professional verifies the data and is responsible for the inspection.
