2. Services

SCENA® provides reality capture, 3D laser scanning, as-built documentation, digital twin creation, Matterport virtual tours, scan-to-BIM, and drone video/photography services (“Services”). The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are governed by a separate written proposal or service agreement between SCENA® and the client.

3. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify site content without prior written consent
• Use the site to transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content from the site

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SCENA® or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The SCENA® name and logo are registered trademarks.

Deliverables (point clouds, CAD files, Revit models, Matterport scans) produced under a client engagement are subject to the intellectual property terms in the applicable service agreement.

5. Quotes and Proposals

Submitting a quote request through our website does not create a contract. A binding engagement is only established upon execution of a written proposal or service agreement signed by an authorized SCENA® representative.

Quoted prices are estimates based on information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, access restrictions, scope changes, or additional services requested.

6. Client Responsibilities

When engaging SCENA® for services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the project site, scope, and access requirements
• Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the site on scheduled scan dates
• Obtain any required permits, approvals, or owner consent for access
• Notify SCENA® promptly of any site conditions that may affect safety or scope

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SCENA® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

SCENA® is not responsible for decisions made by clients based on as-built data, point clouds, or other deliverables. Clients are responsible for verifying that deliverables meet their specific project requirements before relying on them for design, construction, or regulatory purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SCENA® does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

9. Third-Party Links

10. Vendor / Associate Terms

Individuals or entities submitting a vendor application through the Work with SCENA page are applying to join SCENA's capture network. Submission of an application does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or contract. Approved vendors will be subject to a separate Independent Contractor Agreement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
